Another issue is also the rolling up of the ties. This can be time consuming and hanging them does help them keep their shape.

Other than that still a very nice, well constructed concept.Toby Shttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07730472741164810618noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2168769749812023759.post-88163708897844917692008-12-21T18:30:00.000-08:002008-12-21T18:30:00.000-08:00This comment has been removed by the author.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08416701113241842664noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2168769749812023759.post-6979199842262512102008-11-13T15:14:00.000-08:002008-11-13T15:14:00.000-08:00This is a good idea i thnk, but It looks really bu...This is a good idea i thnk, but It looks really bulky. is It a childrens toy or an adult novelty box?Chris Bullhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15733759628527607833noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2168769749812023759.post-67858796727453491372008-11-01T18:50:00.000-07:002008-11-01T18:50:00.000-07:00Seems like a really cool idea. I dont think i understand completely cos it wasnt explained thoroughly.

From what i can gather, this seems like a great product for a child as it has this magical sense to it and would encourage them to do 'good deeds'.

The limiting of 7 gifts seems a bit restricting. Is the box useless after or does it get restocked and start over?

Its definately the start of a fantastic idea.Ben Kaganhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08133658901853445405noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2168769749812023759.post-91497738355903466322008-10-07T23:07:00.000-07:002008-10-07T23:07:00.000-07:00hey adrian, interesting concept, because you could...hey adrian, interesting concept, because you could send this along with a tie. what a nice little package that would be. my concern is how many ties you'd actually be able to fit on it, because i'm assuming the men in your target market would have quite a few. also, perhaps if the rack was constructed so that the ties could hang rather than being rolled up may be more appealing to your target market.sarah phippshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09833442453378519244noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2168769749812023759.post-85928495898897674862008-09-17T18:13:00.000-07:002008-09-17T18:13:00.000-07:00You never know what is going to happen when you go...You never know what is going to happen when you go camping. I feel this product could be very useful while camping however i have some doubt about the knife function? what sort of things is it intended to cut? I agree with alfred that a sheath maybe required for the blade or even an exterior pack case included so that it can be easily access to cut down branches or foliage in the way of a trek.Chris Bullhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15733759628527607833noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2168769749812023759.post-62765310062437174622008-09-11T07:13:00.000-07:002008-09-11T07:13:00.000-07:00The shovel knife is quite useful for its intent an...The shovel knife is quite useful for its intent and your design of it is clever it remains robust and "tough" for outdoor use. My only concern is where it belongs in a camp pack, I think it should have some sort of safety cover to protect users and children.Saba Zarehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11729082234221221784noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2168769749812023759.post-84243006967809475542008-09-11T06:55:00.000-07:002008-09-11T06:55:00.000-07:00there are many camping tools available on the mark...there are many camping tools available on the market, which is why combining some of these is a good solution to reduce clutter. The problem, however, is that many get too clunky or complicated. the Shovel Knife on the other hand easily adapts two different products into one, simply merging a knife onto the side of a shovel, reinforcing the idea that simple design is the best.

an issue of safety needs to be addressed to avoid unneccessary cutting by the knife when not in use. a cover/sheath would need to be developed, which would cover up the 'blade' when being carried ie in a pocket.

The natural look allows of the tool allows it to easily blend into nature, pleasing the target market. a good idea and combination, especially as both the seperate parts of the Shovel Knife will be able to help the other part when in use. for example, the knife would be able to cut through dirt to allow easier access for the shovelJoshua Cope-Summerfieldhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14479539533189140077noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2168769749812023759.post-59152598971817456392008-09-10T08:38:00.000-07:002008-09-10T08:38:00.000-07:00Utility is very important for the outdoors and by ...Utility is very important for the outdoors and by combining two different products a higher level practicality in a sense is achieved. I think a shovel and a knife is an appropriate combination, in a sense a sharp edge would assist in digging, however, cutting with a blade at an angle may cause problems. But the concept is good as the grip between using a knife and a shovel is very similar. An important point is that the product may need a sheath for safety purposes; the user may get hurt if the knife is exposed inside a rucksack.Alfredhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10070136159475097523noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2168769749812023759.post-33337318323067891722008-08-27T22:26:00.000-07:002008-08-27T22:26:00.000-07:00hi adrian its derekemail me at derek_mansur@hotmai...hi adrian its derek
email me at derek_mansur@hotmail.com or call 0488 606 937 so i can send you the materials i researched for tomorrowDerek Mansurhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02191978800980249062noreply@blogger.com
